Cracker Barrel 10090 Daniels Pkwy. I ordered the chicken pot pie. The dish was in a 7-8” bowl but noy very deep. I started eating and looking for the chicken. Never did find any chicken. The manager was called and she was at a loss as to what happened. She did apologized for the problem. Did not charge me for the pie. Also the biscuits tasted like day old, probably left over from lunch.

Bridget is a fantastic waitress. Alisha is a wonderful hostess/cashier. The food is delicious. Such a great busy window to look out while eating. I felt the country gravy needed more flavor. Also, the sausage and my chicken fried steak was deep fried which made the flavor not quite there. But, because of Bridget, and Alisha, we will be back to try more items. Such a fun store to look around in.

I have ordered a few times over the last week or two from Cracker Barrel through Uber eats delivery. They have been okay up until today. I ordered breakfast for the first time ever and it was not good. My egg whites had way too much cheese in them. They only gave me a small container of syrup when they used to give out little 2 or 3 bottles of syrup. I ordered pinto beans and the small container was half full. On top of that it was delivered later than expected by Uber eats after I paid for priority delivery service. Terrible experience and service.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I ended up leaving without the To-Go food order I paid for or should I say "paid half for", the other half was comped by the management from the poor service we received from the previous visit. I swore I would never ever go back to this place (this wasn't the first time) but my wife really wanted their Hash Brown casserole and I did too. I couldn't order online cause I decided to use that comp card. I knew what I wanted so I did not look at any menu which will later come back to bite me. I ordered the meat loaf for one of the entrees which they were out of, no problem do you have Cod, "yes" great I'll order the Cod (it's a Thursday). After 30 minutes I went to check on my order and the manager said she would find out and asked if I wanted to pay for it now which I did (big mistake). She was training a new girl at the register and seemed annoyed when I used that card as part of the payment caused the girl put it in as a gift card and it cause a problem. As soon as I finished paying the waitress came out with two orders but not mine. At that point after waiting 30 minutes I was told they did not have any Cod at which I was informed by the manager who was still by the register that "Cod" is only served on Friday's in a very unpleasant voice as if this was my error (remember I didn't see a menu). I stood around for over 30 minutes and I'm finding out now my order "which I already paid for" had not even been placed. I could feel the heat going into my face which was not good so I felt the smartest thing to do was just leave. As I turned I stated that I was so done with Cracker Barrel restaurants. Half way a cross the parking lot it dawned on me that I even paid for that meal which I never received nor do I even care. Two weeks ago was the first time in over 5 years that I came back to Cracker Barrel because of a serious issue we had at one of their restaurants and that visit two weeks ago came with an issue. I guess my family just don't have any luck trying to eat at a Cracker Barrel.

Restaurant on Sycamore View was short staffed. The coffee was not good. Cream was brought to me and my partner in quantities of 5 for the 2 refills I asked for. The overall coffe service was substandard. The orders took forever to come out. My partner was charged for an extra serving of eggs when his order wasn't cooked the way he asked for. The toast and sausage were scorched. To say the least we will not be returning.

The food was homemade style and gave you generous portion sizes. I love the option to bring a meal home with you. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel for Breakfast or Lunch.

We ate breakfast with a friend who was traveling north. Met him at the London Kentucky Cracker Barrel. This was the worst food we have ever had at a restaurant. The bacon was good. The hash browns were nasty, a bit on the slimy side, and the eggs were not fresh. The portions were child size. Granted we are seniors, we ordered normal food. We both got a bit nauseous after the meal.

I eat at Cracker Barrel a lot and it makes me sad when they make money making decisions that drive customers away. It’s better to raise the price instead of ruining signature items ie: just ordered the country boy breakfast and the new hash brown casserole recipe taste terrible, and you no longer get a steak cooked to your liking…you get something called steak tips which basically taste like a tv dinner steak
