I never give 5 stars.

I've had CPSS for four years. Fortunately, I haven't had a break-in since my system was installed. However, I have tested it numerous times (accidentally) and I can verify it works very well. I would also like to mention that the installation techs were very knowledgeable and professional.when I had the system upgraded recently.

Nilson Hernzandez was very professional and did a great job on our installation. He was also very detailed in his explanation of the alarm.com application

Nilson Hernzadez was VERY helpful and informative on the workings of my equipment. A man I would hire in a minute if I wasn't retired.

Just a quick comment following my recent experience with Crime Prevention Services where Karen in the first instance has been absolutely fantastic in both communicating my needs with regards the installation of some of their security systems as well as seeing the entire process so efficiently. Nilson and Joe were brilliantly courteous and willing to genuinely help with queries that I had .In the end they established the systems without bother .Fantastic experience .

Nilson Hernandez was very knowledgeable in explaining everything about the alarm system. His customer service skills are awesome. We appreciate all the information and the time that he took to get us up to speed regarding this system.

Nilson is always on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable in his field. I manage 300+ employees and he is a keeper. Store of value.
