Service sucked considering there always closed and won't ever return a phone call. What happened to being open Monday through Friday 9-5

Ordered part on thanksgiving day and had it Monday. Was not expecting that. I was pumped how fast it came. That’s awesome customer service there. Thank you

Don't order from them. On hold never call back.

Credit processing system wouldn’t process my payment and probably won’t get the Black Friday deal now.

45 minutes wait time phone. Then 50 minute to call back to change order. Now I will call back as my change did not refund credit card it did stop part of the order but no refund yet 9 days later

Shipping is slow

I ordered some transmission gears and paid for two day shipping. A week later and still haven't received the package or and tracking information. I called and the lady on the phone told me there was a delay because the parts were out of stock.
