I ordered parts on the. 5th and you just now send them out on that 8th that sucks.i could have gotten parts sooner

We ordered and paid in full for a motor and adaptor kit on Oct. 26th it was guaranteed to be delivered in 10 days. It has been 7 weeks we received the motor which has a broken part, and still no adaptor kit! Jamie has been extremely hard to get in touch with and is now telling us we have to call someone else pertaining to our kit that he was paid for in full. Communication skills with this company is more then lacking, and we would not recommend them for any reason.

Took multiple days to get simple part shiped out. Didn't have tracking on the part till it was half way to house. An having problems with FedEx to get part.

Definitely would do business with them again. Very knowledgeable and professional
