After I make a request for a product, that product is mailed in TWO days to my address. Company is very reliable.

I inadvertently gave Cpapdirect now. a bad review, when I mistakenly thought I had sent them a question via email, which was not answered. It turns out that my email was to a different company!! I was very impressed when the General Manager of Cpapdirect now. contacted me to see if he could help me ! I was not only impressed with that, I am very impressed with the DreamStation that I just ordered from them ... great product and great customer service !!
