The representative, Jocelyn, worked with me over the span of 2 days. She was so helpful and answered every single question I had before helping me put my order together. I haven’t received my equipment yet but she was SO helpful.

Ordered power adapter so I can plug my BPAP into 12V power receptacle, paid $25 extra for next day shipping but shipper is running late. As a courtesy, CPAP.com refunded the $25 no hassle. Also they answered the phone promptly, AND customer service person Brandy who helped me was very courteous and professional.
