I want to commend Katherine. I had a problem with my order, I was leaving the country in 2 days, and the correct equipment had to go with me. Katherine explained everything to me very clearly, she made an adjustment on the equipment, and I received it just in time. She was smart, professional, witty, helpful and she should get a raise.

Great products and great service. I spoke with Heath R today about a mistake I made on a transaction yesterday. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He quickly took care of issue for me. I've bought from this company for a number of years with great results. Recently, they have undergone a website redo that is fraught with problems. I tried to do a purchase with PayPal which blew up mid transaction. After a week of emails, I ended paying directly on PayPal and providing cpap.com the transaction number. They admitted they had issues with PayPal integration with the new release...simple question...why offer the option if you know there are issues.

I have called CPAP.com several times in the last month and every person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and nice. I wish I’d started keeping track earlier, but LaLa, Felicia, and Ashley were wonderful in helping me return and exchange a product!
