I had some questions regarding the artery shell and 12vokt charging and Brandy was able to clarify and help me out.

Brandy was so helpful and easy to work with. She helped me know exactly what accessory items I needed and actually placed the order for me. Additionally, she faxed my doctor for the required prescription.

Called CPAP.com and talk to Katherine. I receive a truly good old American service which I haven’t seen in a very long time. I’m new to CPAP and she addressed all my questions and concern. BTW they have the best prices I found (saved $200.00). This was too good to be true so I google BBB and reviews from many places and they all were good. I called back to place the order and got my shipping notification the same day they received the doctor’s prescription. I will definitely recommend this community and appreciate their corporate values.

I have been using CPAP.com for the past number of years. They have always provided excellent service and customer service. My most recent experience with them has been outstanding. They resolve any issues that I have with no problems at all. Called customer service today regarding a prescription and insurance filing instructions and they were able to resolve in a few minutes while I stayed on the phone. Brandy verified that I receive all the pertinent info to file the claim. Thanks for all the help!
