My CS Agent was Brandy, she was so helpful and patient in assisting me select the proper face mask. She was knowledgeable and attentive as she listened to my situation and my needs. If and when I call back for assistance I hope I get her again, or if I can request to talk with her.

I was able to reach a service rep, Brandy, in a reasonable amount of time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've had terrible experiences in the past with other companies, such as Apria, whose reps know little or nothing about their own product line so cpap.com was a breath of fresh air.
