What a joke! You might as well say that they have a NO return policy. The 15% that they offer doesn't even cover the cost of shipping the product back to Hong Kong.

This company is absolutely horrible and im thinking i fell for a scam which i will b addressing with someone other than the company themselves. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!

ZERO STARS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZZY!! Ordered beautiful king size comforter w/pillow shams. Finally received order and it was no where near the beauty of display pic, looked NOTHING like the pic. As others have said, cheap material - two pieces of crappy fabric sewn together with zipper at bottom and NO filling. Cozzy offered 15% refund ($12 on $80 purchase) and a 20% discount on next order. Have to laugh at the thought of a 'Next Order'. CRAPPY COMPANY, CRAPPY QUALITY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STATEMENT A LIE

Ordered a quilt set. Got a sheet! Bad quality felt like I got ripped off! Can't return try to cancel order a few days after I ordered but would not allow. Do not buy from them!!

DO NOT buy anything from this company, the are a fraudulent company. We ordered curtains from them size 52" x 108" and they sent us cheap 43" x 106" curtains. They do not want to issue us a refund, and asked us to take pictures to prove that they are the wrong size. Do Not trust them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They sent me a product that did not come close to the picture and then ignored my request to return it for replacement. I requested this OVER AND OVER AND OVER> DON'T do it!

COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered blackout curtains that are almost sheer. That took forever to arrive and we’re very overpriced. Customs service is a joke.

This site is fraudulent. I ordered a duvet set which I never received. They provided a fake tracking number that said the item was delivered before I even ordered it. Do Not Order Anything From Cozzyhomes!!!
