Horrible experience.. I was charged a random $20, they haven't responded to my email even though it's been 4 days, my package is still not shipped... at this point I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I'm SO GLAD that someone knew this company is a scam & shared it with everyone! THANK YOU! I was about to buy some sheets & bedding products from them so again THANK YOU & GOD BLESS!

This is a fraud company! Their website says sakfifths was a dummy account of sacs fifth avenue and stupid me for realizing it after i placed an order online for 3 swatch (omega) watches worth almost $600!! i just realized ive been duped because the company that shows on the card after the payment was processed was LIXI/ COZZYHOMES instead of sacs fifth avenue or swatch so I contacted the bank immediately and cancelled the transaction! I got full refund a few days ago thank goodness otherwise these scam of a company could have gotten away with my hardearned money. SO PLEASE BE WARY guys. i should have done my homework first!

I ordered 2 queen size throw blankets, received 2 smaller sized notified Cozzyhomes took measurements photos, screenshots of the order placed with order number etc. Numerous emails and even on line chat only to receive generic computer response that it was received and would be reviewed. No corrective action ever occurred, no responses this has been ongoing since January very very bad no customer service.

This company is a scam, you order and it never arrives and they will do nothing about it

Ordered a bedspread - have not received order- correspondence is terrible most is computer generated. One message said DHL has order will receive tracking within 48 hrs 3weeks later no tracking. Never again! Contacted PP to dispute charges. Be aware!!!!

Worst customer service of any company ever! I order two very expensive comforters and received two thin sheets! Poor quality! Told them I wanted to return for a full refund as it was in the 30 day return policy. They said rudely that they would not take it back! They stole my money! This is a horrible company and they should be shut down! Never purchase from them!
