Do Not order from this company. I purchased $1000 worth of product over a month ago and have yet to receive it! Every time I call or email I get some AI comment that they are “working on it”

Their founder, Tyler Howells, bio says Tyler has dreamed about making the softest sheets in the world since he was 11 years old. Apparently for he and his family's Klan hoods. Please shop elsewhere.

100% garbage. Fitted (bottom) sheet pilled immediately. Flat (top) sheet stitching started coming apart after first wash. $312.00 USD. Complete ripoff!

Shipping is a disaster! Products are very nice, especially if they are purchased on sale, but the shipping takes forever. I placed an order a month ago and despite countless emails reassuring me that shippping is imminent, the carrier still does not have my package. You should be very carefull when ordering. Shipping may take forever. Customer support is polite but it is like talking to a polite chat bot. All nice words and zero actions. I honestly do not know when my order will arrive...

I ordered a pajama top and bottom. They notifies me the bottom was discontinued I immediately told them to cancel my order for the top. They said the shipment was in progress and they couldn’t stop it. Then they charged me to return the unusable top. Horrible customer service. No way to run a company.

I have been shopping Cozy Earth for almost 8 years now, and have been very happy with most of my purchases up til now. I recently purchased some of their Luxe bath sheets, at over $100/set of 2. The towels are very soft and luxurious to the touch, but after 3 launderings are showing signs of defective materials. This is not the 1st set of Luxe towels I have purchased from CE, and had no issues with the white ones purchased a year ago. But the recently purchased bath sheets in Tide, a shade of light blue, continue to shed cotton fibers after 3 launderings, and are fading in spots. I tried submitting a warrantly claim per to CE, only to be informed that their warranty only applies to defects in materials and workmanship, and the warranty request was denied, twice. If excessive shedding after 3 launderings, and random fading is not considered defective materials and workmanship that is covered by a warranty for premium priced bath sheets (over $110 for a pair), what exactly what would be covered? The expectation of a bath towel that doesn't leave me covered in fabric fibers doesn't seem outside of the realm of reasonable at this price point. At the price of two obviously defective products, CE has chosen to lose a loyal consumer. At a lower price point, I could just accept that "you get what you pay for", but at this price point, I have a different expectation of quality, and unfortunately find no appreciation for brand loyalty with Cozy Earth. As such, I will spend my money where client satisfaction is valued, and with companies that stand behind products that come priced at a premium with a comparable warranty policy. Two thumbs down for Cozy Earth Luxe Bath sheets!!

We finally decided to place an order after trusting the information that we found, the reviews, and trusting their greenwashing, etc. but once we opened our package and saw MADE IN CHINA we began the return process. Then we discovered their restock fees, ineligible items for return ... we paid close to $100 for these items and were "rewarded" $22 back for the return. Lesson learned.

Customer service was quick; and while it was AI, it was followed up by a real person. Very pleased with all the products, both clothes and bath items, that I have purchased from this company.
