Niece likes the set!

Love Cozy Earth PJs overall! They are soft and comfortable, but sizing runs large. Their sheets are not for me -- too thin. Recently purchased a bathrobe and hair towel -- they seem fabulous, but need to use them a little longer. Overall, I'd give 4.5 starts!

The products are great so far. Shipping time and communication is lacking. I do not want to download another app (shopify) to find out the status of my order. I have little idea when my order is shipped or when it is due to arrive. This could be improved. The pricing is high. If I have a discount and an item I want is on sale I'd like to apply my discount to the sale price. I realize you don't "stack" discounts, but this seems to invalidate either your sale price or discount I have received. This takes away some of the joy I'd have purchasing more product.

Love the socks but work boots pull fibers loose

I purchased a pair of pants. I love the fabric and length.

Customer service generally responded promptly and very politely, but took a couple of days to verify the package had been lost even though tracking showed the package had already been stalled at a nearby hub for a week by the time I contacted them. I ascribe this, at least in part, to using Amazon delivery services which has a poor track record in our area.

Great product. The bamboo sheets feel super soft. I initially had a poor experience with a wrong product sent - queen size duvet in king size packaging! However after a few back and forth with the costumer service I was able to get the correct product sent, although my selected color was not available and I was not able to get the color I wanted. I have not received it yet but hopefully it won’t be an issue. I would have rated them 5 if it was not this difficult to get an answer from their costumer service initially.

I like the softness and quality of Cozy Earth's bamboo sheets and clothes (PJ's, lounge outfits). Bamboo clothes that I have given family members have been a hit. Their socks that say "Cozy Earth" on them are very comfortable and feel luxurious to my feet. I have only 2 things I do not like. One is that the products are overpriced, and I usually have to wait for a good sale near the holidays in order to buy anything. And even that is a splurge for me. I also don't like that the bamboo sheets don't have enough length on the sides. The sheets very easily and quickly can get pulled by a bed partner, leaving the other with not enough to cover oneself. Considering the price of the sheets, this is actually a pet peeve of mine. Otherwise, I enjoy them. I also like the eco-friendly value that Cozy Earth seems to have.
