I really wanted to like them, but my order never even shipped after a whole week and nobody even apologised! Take your money elsewhere!

The Cozy Earth customer care folks really do care and graciously intervened to get the order right. Cozy Earth products are extremely high quality, so comfortable with amazing fabrics.

Reading others' frustrations with the return/exchange process has emboldened me to also write a review. have had similar frustrations with the return/exchange process and lack of communication surrounding whether the item was received by them and when I would get my refund/credit. Upon providing them with a review, I immediately received my credit but suspect had I not provided my review I would still be waiting. I also am suspicious about whether I am actually communicating with a person. The replies are too fast and too "smoothed out"... the wording is there, but there is something missing... I am increasingly suspicious that thing is a person. I will use my credit, but unless these are the most remarkable products I have ever used, I will not be ordering through them again. The experience is just "off" and I don't feel assured they will stand behind their products.

Cozy Earth has a truly great product! These sheets are the best that I have ever slept in and have ruined going to any hotel for me. I have had these sheets for 3 years now and when they recently started piling I wrote into Cozy Earth with pictures and they immediately sent me a new pair! Cozy has a customer for life with me

Love the quality of these clothes. Also I had an issue with a return, it took several back and forths to resolve but the customer service rep was so kind and professional. Certainly recommend!
