I love the products however the ordering and return process is challenging. I have a ‘membership’ and am supposed to have free shipping and returns. What they don’t share is that there’s a ‘processing fee’ of $11 for a return. For an online store they make buying challenging when something doesn’t fit. Very disappointing.

I am in love with their sweatpants and their women’s pajamas. So darn comfortable. I’m a big fan of all of their socks as well!

I’ve been a customer of Cozy Earth for many years now. On the occasion that I’ve had to contact the Customer Care team they’ve always been exceptional, and today was no different. Christian helped me resolve my issue quickly and professionally. I can’t say enough about the Customer Care team. They are part of what keeps me coming back to Cozy Earth.

I LOVE Cozy Earth products! I started with a purchase of their Bamboo Sheets. I now have e3 sets of sheets, towels, 5 sets of loungewear, shorts, tops, a blanket and bathrobe. Everything is so soft and luxurious!

Quality products at pricing which is at the high end. Exchange policy stinks - ordered sweat pants for my wife's birthday a couple of months ahead of her birthday. Turns out the pants were too large and wanted to exchange for a smaller size but Cozy was flat out sticking to their restrictive exchange policy. We were members having bought a lot of items over the years before - but cancelled our membership immediately after dealing with their customer service on this issue. Lost a customer for life.

Incredibly comfortable clothes and great customer service both online and in store. (The staff at the Brentwood store was wonderful!)

While I have had good products from Cozy Earth, I am very disappointed in the sheets I purchased. I have had them for less than a year and they have ripped apart in two places. And since I bought them on the last chance sale, they will not replace them. This comes even after all of their ads promoting last chance sales tend to mention the lifetime warranty, even though the products being promoted dont qualify. I have canceled my membership moving forward as the cost of the sheets that have already been ruined do not outweigh the benefits given

I have been a member of Cozy Earth for ~ 4 years. I bought some of their products before I became a member. I have purchased sheets, quilts/blankets, women’s PJs, woman’s and man’s long sleeved crew neck pullover, double cuddle blanket (so incredibly soft)dresses, and other items. Quality of everything is excellent. If one orders many items per year, the membership actually pays for itself. Cozy Earth cares about its customers! That permeates throughout their company. Great customer service is an integral part of the company’s culture
