I tried getting on to a couple of sites today and it kept corralling me to this site. I asked if this was a private company and he said they get commission for working with people. I asked how can I get to the site without using the Cover site and he just kept talking louder and over me so I said please delete me that is when the listening skills engaged and said have a good day. I've been in customer service for over 50 yrs, I would be concerned if someone brought this to my attention.
