I tried getting on to a couple of sites today and it kept corralling me to this site. I asked if this was a private company and he said they get commission for working with people. I asked how can I get to the site without using the Cover site and he just kept talking louder and over me so I said please delete me that is when the listening skills engaged and said have a good day. I've been in customer service for over 50 yrs, I would be concerned if someone brought this to my attention.

Stalkers, desperate for a commission
We went online to look at plans after signing in the phone rings, we receive emails this is very scary, their methods are equal to stalkers. I explained several times we needed time to process this and review offerings. They called and email us 7 times in 2 days, do not sign up unless you want to be harassed. To me all the good reviews are meaningless if this is how they do business.

We investigated your situation and were unfortunately not able to locate any information matching your description and therefore are not able to confirm whether it another provider or us that may have been contacting you. At CoverRight, we take our customer experience very seriously. If there’s anything you could share for us to help identify your case and resolve the issue/improve our experience we would love to hear from you. A gentleman was suppose to call me on…
A gentleman was suppose to call me on Friday 12/06/24 @ 11:30 and he never did call me which I was notified early that Friday with a reminder that he would be calling. No such call was received. That’s bad business. So please remove my phone number a long with my email.

Hi Felicia,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and making us aware of this problem.
After reviewing your profile, it appears that our team had tried to connect with you but had an invalid phone number on file and we were unable to connect with you via phone. To fix this, we have formalized guidance to our agents to notify a client via other means (email/text) when we are unable to reach them by phone for a scheduled consultation appointment. We apologize that you were not able to receive a call from one of our licensed agents.
At CoverRight, we value feedback of all forms, and we will use yours to correct our internal procedures to ensure a positive experience for our users. If there’s anything else you would like to share, you can reach us at +1 (888) 969-7667 from 8am-10pm Mon-Fri and 9am-7pm Sat-Sun or you can email us at [email protected].
Deal directly with the companies vs Coverright !!
A Thomas N , holding several titles i.e. client services manager , benefits consultant , licensed agent was a total failure . He failed to even follow up on his own promise that he would get back to me the next day concerning drug coverage . Even after prodding him , he failed to reply back . When I went online to initiate " a chat " , I asked for the name of their lead agent ; I received no response !!
A couple of hours after I wrote the above paragraph , Thomas N SUDDENLY had the drug coverage information . In addition , he had already read the above and asked me to remove the review . NOT A CHANCE ! While looking for his CEO's email address, I found out that Thomas acquired yet another title to his list i.e COO .

Hi Charles,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience using CoverRight, and for bringing these problems to our attention. We value feedback from all of our users, and appreciate yours.
Firstly, we want to apologize for the lack of a timely response to your initial contact. We strive to promptly respond to our users, wherever possible. Unfortunately, we understand that it appears there was a delay in response to your request due to a higher than expected level of incoming user requests during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. To fix this, we have since brought on additional staffing resources to help with this high demand.
Secondly, thank you for the feedback on your experience with our online chat. At CoverRight, we provide an opportunity for our users to connect with us however they are comfortable — whether that be by phone, text, online chat or email. We have reviewed our online chat records, but were unfortunately unable to identify a chat message being initiated with the details you have outlined (either during or after business hours) — despite this, in light of your experience, we have reviewed our systems, and are also providing additional training to our staff members to ensure they respond to all messages in a timely manner.
We value all customer feedback, and will use yours to improve the experience of using CoverRight. If there’s anything else you would like to share, you can reach us at +1 (888) 969-7667 from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9am-4pm Sat-Sun or you can email us at [email protected].
Thanks
CoverRight Team
