Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Our client uses this system and requires us to accept PO from Coupa and then invoice them. It's a nightmare! We've wasted so much time back and forth emailing, scheduling calls, and asking Coupa customer support (useless and never solved any problem)! Worst experience ever!!!

Absolute TRASH. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible product, customer experience & interface, and all Customer Services offers as a response to ANYthing is 'I don't know'. Companies, vendors, suppliers - DO NOT USE THEM.

System is faulty, and very confusing to use. Their support doesn't give a s*** about you, and just provide you with standard answers. After providing non-helpful answers, they mark the support-request as resolved and kick you out of the chat. If possible I would give this company minus 5 stars, unfortunately I have to give them 1...

Honestly the worst I've ever come across. The Foschini Group uses this and it's taken a SHOCKING amount of emailing and VERY convoluted process to process a payment. I am STILL waiting to receive payment and have had COUNTLESS hoops to jump through. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Trying to get payment via Coupa which uses it's own terminology and you have to spend time with them "reaching out" to ascertain where you stand. Don't even consider them if you're looking for a change.

This system took me over 20 times just to get registered. Then this friggin nightmare of a system still hasn't finished processing my registration. This nightmare has gone on for over 3 months. What a joke! Why would any company think Coupa brings value of any sort? To quote The Grinch, Stink-Stank-Stunk
