I got my bathroom tile from Country Floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their collection of high-end marble is absolutely stunning, and the pricing was very competitive—the tile I chose was exactly what I had been searching for. Sarah Aatig was incredible to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process—very prompt, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She even helped price match for me and kept a close eye on inventory to make sure I could secure what I needed. That level of care and follow-through made a huge difference. The delivery was also impressively fast, and everything arrived intact and well packaged. Overall, a fantastic experience—you’re in great hands with Country Floors, especially if you get to work with Sarah!

Maria was extremely helpful when I received some broken tiles in my order. Would definitely work with her and this company again!

María was always helpful, friendly, caring and accommodating and ready to assist with my needs

I worked with Maria to place a time-sensitive special order. She was such a pleasure to work with, made the process so easy and kept me updated throughout the process. I will gladly reach out again for future projects.

Easy to work with and got my order submitted quickly. It was shipped 2 days later!

Maria is the bomb!

I have had the most wonderful experience shopping for tile with the help of Maria Ponciano! I have a very old, Country Floors backsplash in my kitchen and wanted to find something for a fireplace surround. After I found a tile on line, I requested information and a sample. Maria has corresponded with me faithfully. She helped me purchase the sample, kept me posted on it's arrival, gave me a quote for purchasing the needed tile, sent me invoices, guided me through the process when I was having technical difficulty, etc., etc. Maria was so friendly with each correspondence while at the same time being very professional and continually helpful. And, this is a very small project, though important to me. I have appreciated her help very much. I trust you value her as a member of your staff, as you should. Thank you, Maria!
