Wasn’t told in advance they were going to charge me $600 in labor for diagnosing the problem. Was however told that if needed a new transmission it could be around 3200... then came back with a 4500 cost.

Crystal, I know how Disappointing it can been to have a car problem and feel helpless to correct them! I know I explained the cost and the complete procedure to you regarding your vehicles repairs. Apparently I did not explain myself well enough for your complete understanding of the situation. If I had thought you had unanswered question I would have answered them for you. Cottman transmission did a good job on my car..They was very nice too me.

My experience with Cottman was classic "Under Promise and Over Deliver." The check-in when I dropped of my truck was quick and easy, and pick-up at completion was exactly the same. Repairs are never cheap, but if they are done right the first time, it eases the pain just a little.
