Paul saved the day!
This website was a complete joke. I ordered a size small Incredibles costume and was sent a 60’s hippie one not even my size. The tracking number I was originally sent was invalid and phone numbers on the website don’t work so I truly thought I was scammed. I was able to send an email that was a long shot I’d get a response to but luckily this worker Paul responded and was able to get me a refund immediately. Paul needs a raise for sure. But this website needs to do better.
