Worst experience i’be ever had
Worst experience i’be ever had. Ordered a small item from their website as it stated there was 1 left (face zip accessory). Paid for the item and went to collect (click and collect). When I arrived the staff said it was not ready as they were busy but it would be ready soon. I was left waiting 2 and a half hours sitting in my car in their carpark only to then receive a phone call to say it was out of stock. I will never shop with them again, horrible service and I’m livid at being left 2 and a half hours sitting outside before staff bothered to inform me they had sold the item i had paid for to someone else.
