I had a wonderful experience with this company. Replaced several pairs of glasses and then one pair got lost and they gave me a voucher to repurchase some new ones. Absolutely awesome 👌

I had some glasses that were coming apart, so I sent them back. Within a few days they sent me new glasses. I would highly recommend Costa sunglasses. They have amazing service and are very easy to work with!

I recently lost one of my lenses & they were still under warranty! Costa took great care of me. I returned the sunglasses & I got to pick a brand new pair! The customer service is amazing! I absolutely love my new Costa sunglasses! I will forever be a customer!! Thanks Costa

I have 6 pairs of Rinconcitos and love them….obviously. I have a fairly narrow face and the fit is perfect for my features. The durability of Costa products is impressive as I’m rough on mine and have had no issues.

Costa used to be great until they were bought out. I sent in a repair claim and then never heard back. I had to log into the portal to find out they denied it but gave me a discount code. That was it. Didn't say how much it was for or anything. I had to figure it out myself. I was more than willing to pay them to replace the scratched lens but I guess they aren't in the business of doing that like they have been in the past. Then I decided to look into the discount code, it ended up being 50% off. Ok cool. I place an order and got an email confirming my order. That was it. I placed it on April 5, 2024. Today is April 10, 2024 and haven't heard a word. Logged into the portal and low and behold it says it was shipped today. Seriously. It took 5 days to ship the glasses and they aren't sending emails out to let the customer know they have been shipped and the tracking number. The communication is garbage and not what it once was. So far I am extremely disappointed and seriously considering returning them and finding a new sunglass brand.
