I had a pair of Costa sunglasses for just over 2 years and the frame broke. I sent a request for warranty and with no questions asked, I received a new pair no charge in less than 2 weeks!

Costa's customer service is spot on. I sent pictures of a pair of glasses for repair or replacement. Within 24 hrs I received a response that they did not make that specific pair anymore but gave me store credit to pick what I wanted from their vast selection. For sunglasses I will go nowhere else.
