Excellent first experience. I do love my new Costa sunglasses. Picked up a t-shirt and cleaning kit that are also both of high quality.

Customer service did take sometime to return my call on shipping issues but spoke to a supervisor and she did help me and make my wait time worth it.

When I ordered this pair for a student that was coming from Spain, I suppose I overlooked the frame sizing

Review: I purchased a pair of Costa sunglasses at a pro shop before a Tuna hunting trip about a year ago. Unfortunately, not long after, the frame snapped while I was removing the lens (they fog up and i wanted to clean them well). Disappointed, I left the broken glasses on my desk for months and ended up punishing myself by wearing cheap gas station sunglasses instead of the quality eyewear I had hoped for. Eventually, I decided to give Costa the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might stand behind their product, even though the breakage might not have been a defect. I expected a reputable brand's frames to be more durable, especially under normal usage like removing a lens. However, the return process was cumbersome and involved multiple stages, only to find out that Costa doesn’t really stand behind their product. This experience reminded me why I usually stick with brands like Oakley, who have a straightforward return process and excellent customer service. With Costa, I was left feeling disappointed by both the product and the service. In the end, wearing those gas station sunglasses was a constant reminder of the frustration I felt with Costa. While they may be a local brand, this experience has reinforced the value of sticking with a name you can trust.
