Ordered a Hat and shirt 3 weeks ago . No help from costa ? I think it time to switch back to Oakley. Love the sunglasses but customer service is bad !!!
Ordered a Hat and shirt . I’ve talk to the customer service twice . I’ve done the robot message thing . No help I just want my money back and to move on from costa .

Shipping using DHL- why??
Shipping using DHL- why??? My package has sit at a dock one state away for a week now. Quality company needs to step up use a better shipping!

I've never owned better.
I returned a pair of sunglasses I've had for quite some time that broke. Was told they'd be replaced or repaired in 4 to 5 weeks. 10 weeks later I called. I was immediately giving a coupon for a new pair of sunglasses.
