I've not received my first order with these yet, but regarding the payment problem mentioned with Paysend, I had the same issue with them, but was then told to use TransferWise, which went through fine, so it seems it's an issue between them and that one payment company. Customer service was very prompt in updating me with the issue as it happened.

I have been attempting to order the Visomitin eye drops from CosmicNootropic for several days. Having spent hours and hours of my time trying to pay for my order of two vials of the product I have to admit I am extremely frustrated!!! Being a resident of Canada, I was told to use PaySend and confirmed all that with my bank, in fact several times. Upon my last, most recent attempt, PaySend reversed my payment unto and off my Visa card. When I contacted them on the chat box, they said they were doing an "audit" for my protection.So I e-mailed the link they gave me, and got an e-mail back that they were not allowing any payments to go through to the card of the recipient, due to too many complaints??? In all honesty, I have done a lot of research, and seen absolutely no valid complaints whatsoever. Just wondering how I can pay for ordering this product? (And yes, have been in contact a lot with their excellent customer service). But still haven't been able to place my order! If they could just take Visa or PayPal, or even MasterCard would be so simple. So my experience so far, has been extremely frustrating. I just want to order this product as I know I really need it,

I placed my order, got a friendly email from customer service to make sure my payment went through correctly and in less than two weeks I had my complete order and the products are all quality products. Use google translate camera mode to translate the inserts and I made stickers for each pack so I know which nootropic is for what.

Great on time honest service. Will order again
