I regularly order my eyedrops from Germany and it is often not so easy to overcome the existing challenges. But I always found the team extremely helpful and innovative in finding new solutions to make it easier for international customers to order. thanks guys :)

Thank you for such kind words, we really appreciate this! And we are looking forward to seeing you again :)
I could give 5 stars because I received my order very fast and communication was great. But unfortunately I received only one pack of pills instead of two and nobody responded to my emails since that. And I haven't received my money back for the second pack.

Thank you for your feedback!
Very good customer service. Quick service. I only just received the products. I have tried Visomitin before and it helps with my “dry eye”due to age and working with computers.
