Dear Mr. Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. After looking at your order, I see that you have ordered our Thriftkit Minute Book for $16.45. I also see that your item was shipping to Canada going UPS Canada Ground for $30.25, since it's an international shipment. We're very sorry that you were both unhappy with the cost and the item. we offer different quality options at different prices so there are items for everyone. It can happen that someone is unhappy with their purchase and we're sorry to hear that. You can return the binder to us. Please see our website for our full return policy or contact our customer service team and they can help walk you through our return policy. They can also help you with getting a different style binder that might fit your needs better like our Corpkit Minute book, which is our turned edged product. Again, we're sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we are here to help you with either a return or finding a product that would better suit your needs. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping with us. Sincerely, Paige Corpkit Legal Supplies
