This is a horribly outdated company. They are stuck in the 1950's. Everything is done by paper and mail. You can't even do a login reset from the site. They do not have the ability to wire final distributions. It took weeks to get them to pay out by check and then they say it will take 10 days to get the check. It took about a dozen calls to get paid out (I hope). STAY AWAY.

Impossible to communicate with anyone other than secretary-types who don't seem to know the difference between a stock and a bond.

Terrible customer service. Hold times up 20 mintues for simple questions. They could care less about customers and their time involved. Poor company to deal with. Would recommend to find another company for sure!

I had initially requested a withdrawal to cover a $16,000 deductible for damage to my roof caused by Helena. Unfortunately, the transaction was mishandled, resulting in a series of errors. The funds were withdrawn from the wrong account, and excessive taxes were paid on one account while the other account, which should have been used, was not properly processed. To make matters worse, your team attempted to correct this mistake but instead deducted additional money from my account, further complicating the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled and the financial impact it has had on me. I am requesting the following: 1. An immediate investigation into the errors made during the withdrawal process. 2. Correction of all errors, including the tax implications and the withdrawal amounts, so that the appropriate funds are restored or adjusted correctly. 3. months after submitting all paperwork and passing review, all I get is a big run around after my sisters death. shame on them for taking advantage of families in grief.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! It is utterly ridiculous the amount of hoops you have to jump through just to get a statement! DO NOT invest your money in this company!!! Run!!!! Don’t walk away from AIG and Corebridge!!!

They acquired my AIG annuity... made a small change in yearly allotment. Got it wrong. Have received 5 emails saying they need 3 more days to resolve the issue. Got one today and can't even access it. Customer service is NON EXISTANT! Never thought I would see a company worse that Spectrum internet but Corebridge is close.

My AIG term policies were acquired by Corebridge. The initial term was 20 years and it has been incredibly difficult to cancel these policies and I have canceled another polciy not owned by Corebride. The amount of wasted paper and time has lead to this note. Corebridge step-up and please make an efficient process for stopping auto-renewals of term life insurance policie.
