Dedicated to reversing the causes of lower back pain, Core Balance Training is an online program that uses core activation and movement retraining to help people improve posture and escape the back pain cycle. Students first learn how to activate the spinal support muscles of their deep core by connecting to their 'Core Anchors', then how to apply that connection to movement. Students are guided through a system of core-based movement, resulting in a healthy core connection and supported spine in activities of daily life.Core Balance Training was founded in 2016 by Dr. Ryan Peebles, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has committed over 20 years to better understanding and reversing the root causes of chronic lower back pain. After overcoming his personal struggles with back problems, Dr. Ryan now guides others to get out of pain.The 12-week program can be completed by all ages and fitness levels. It begins with simple core-based movements, progressing to functional and complex movements over a 3 month period. All movements become healthy for the spine, allowing students to return to higher level activities, such as fitness and sport without pain. Other outcomes are improved function and reduced or eliminated lower back pain. The exercises were clearly demonstrated and the progressions were gradual and layered very nicely. The way the course was taught I attained a feeling of personal trust toward Dr Peebles. All in all it was worth the money and very helpful.

Core Balance Training is the real deal! This program has given me my life back. I was on track for some kind of surgery the way things were going for me, but this carefully organized program put together by Dr. Ryan helped strengthen my core to support my back. Besides helping my back pain, this program has improved my posture and also improved pain I had in my thoracic spine, knees, feet, and shoulders. If you commit to the training everyday and give your body time to strengthen and change, you will be on your way to a new way of life!

I am a very physical person. I am a drummer, actor, and Blue Man in Blue Man Group. I started having lower back pain/sciatica about two years ago.I need to fix it. My lively hood depended on it. I have tried multiple PT's, traction, Injections, and they all helped, but nothing seemed to go past a certain point and get to the core of my pain. I was able to do 3-4 min planks and dead bugs with weights and was super strong but was still in constant pain and my body was in locked in protective mode. It wasn't until this program where I finally did less, and began to retrain my body with the 3 back anchors. This was the missing link. I was able to connect to my deep core muscles that had gone dormant and within 1 week I was experiencing less pain and even periods of 0 pain. I had not reached 0 pain ever since this all began. The videos were easy to follow and I sure wish I had found this sooner. SO grateful for this program.
