SY WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL

Great service with Copyfaxes. We would definitely use their services again. Great customer service. Great prices.

I ordered a printer for my mom since she works from home. Sy was very helpful explaining to me what that did to make sure the refurbished printer was in good working order. Received printer, was impressed because it looked like a brand-new printer. So far, the printer is working great, and my mom is really happy!

The first printer arrived with a problem. They were quick to diagnose it and make it right. They actually sent another unit which worked great. You couldn't ask for a better group of guys to work with.

Honest seller. Quick shipping.

Sy is my trusted go-to for all my copy needs. He is on my speed-dial as my Copy Doctor. Go Brooklyn! Alicia Hill

PURCHASED REBUILT HP COLOR LASER PRINTER FROM COPYFAXES.COM AND COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED. ORIGINAL SHIPMENT HAD DEFECTIVE PIC WHEELS AND THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED THE ENTIRE UNIT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION CANNOT BE BEAT. BEST ONLINE PURCHASE I'VE MADE IN OVER 28 YEARS. I TRUST THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS THEIR OFF-SITE SERVICE VENDOR JAMES G. / CANTON, GA

I had ordered a reconditioned printer, but the warranty for a refurbished one. My mistake from the beginning. I was called within 24 hours and offered two choices. Sy was great and explained everything in detail and made a better choice in the end because of it. Fast and friendly service and will always consider Copyfaxes for our company's future purchases.
