Great service and SY went the distance to really help me out. I will be using this company in the future as well.

So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news! Very satisfied with this process and customer service!

Spoke with Sy. He was very courteous and a pleasure to speak with. He saved us a 'ton' of money on our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. The purchase process was very easy. Since we (our company) are not copier experts, Sy filled the gap and sold us what we needed, and more importantly, did not sell us what we didn't need.
