There’s no concrete communication There are no guarantees a vehicle could even be reserved

Super bad company have a third party. Does not pay your money. I wish very much I can sue the hell out of this company.

COOP TAKES WAY TO LONG TO PAY AFTER UNITS ARE RETURNED. REMOVING UNITS OFF THE PLATFORM

Eddie, we are saddened to hear this! We agree with you. In the research study we invited you to in October, we were exploring ways to better meet your needs. This is an area we are evaluating to see where we can decrease the time between your vehicle return and receiving your payout in order to improve this experience moving forward.
My unit was held hostage. Renter returned when he felt like it. I was told late fees was captured and we would be compensated for the inconvenience. Coop took it upon themselves to extend reservation without my consent and will not release that late fees they assured me they captured. Worst experience ever. I will no longer recommend this platform

I have spent over 60 thousand this year! You offer no incentives, takes too long to receive the deposit refunded, takes forever to talk to customer service, and the insurance and roadside prices are ridiculous
