My glasses arrived and 1 pair is crooked . The arms are very uneven. Very disappointing

I bought the same brand a few years ago at Costco. I love them so much and Costco does not carry them anylonger. I saw them on your website, so I ordered them. I am sorry to say but the quality is quite inferior. The plastic is thin and I am afraid they will break easily

Till today no news about the parcel

Colors of frames are advertised and wide selection but twice after ordering was notified my color not in stock.

Great communication from customer service! I ordered sunglasses on line website. The estimated delivery date was a week. They contacted me the very next day to let me know the sunglasses were not in stock & could delay the delivery a couple weeks and asked if I would like to keep order or consider another sunglasses. I kept the order & received sunglasses when promised. Thank you Cool Frames!

The frames seem reasonably good quality. The lens cut seem accurate. Surprised to find extra lenses. The lens could be darker and the service a bit faster - but all in all i'm very pleased
