I can always depend on these guys to have the newest and coolest stuff. They always have competitive pricing and stuff arrives as promised and if there is an issue they help out and fix it. Only place I go for my stunners.

I ordered from coolframes about 3 years ago and it went well, I Got a new RX so decided to give them another chance. i got some funky raybans (rb5121) it took about a week (once shipped it came in 1 day) everything went well i can see. i had to get used to my new rx and i went to my opthomologist to triple check the rx and it went perfect. i called the customer service to check on the status and they told me they would ship on friday and they did thank you ! ! !

I bought a pair of Ray-Ban 3025 Aviators from them and they arrived fast. They were perfect, and the site was really responsive. I'll definitely be doing business there again.

The customer service was excellent they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The item arrived quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. I saw the same frames at Bloomingdale's for double the price, so I'm extremely happy with the price and service. I've told all my friends about this website and will definitely order from them again!

I ordered a pair of Hugo boss frames with prescription sunglasses and was worried after having read previous ratings. But the deal was so good that I decided to take the risk. To minimize the risk of delivery delays, I called the service line prior to my order to ensure that my frames were in stock. After having received confirmation I ordered my frames and sent my eye doctor's prescription via email (indicating my order number) to coolframes (email is on their website). The frames plus eyeglasses were shipped to me within a week and the quality of frame and eyeglasses is absolutely OK!!! I am very happy about the product and having taken the risk.
