I was told these would arrive in 4 days, 2 weeks later I still don't have them, called to enquire of their whereabouts and got an unfriendly reception with no real info as to where they might be

I was looking for very specific brand of frames and found them here. The site was easy to navigate and my frames came in about 10 days.

My glasses took a long time to arrive. I was then told that they had been delivered. This was not the case as they had been held pending customs charges. This was a hidden extra as I believed that having accessed the site through a .co.uk address that I was dealing with a British company. The fact that I was not believed when I said that I hadn't received the item has all left rather a sour taste. I will not use this company again.

I was apprehensive about purchasing the frames as they were a replacement pair. I was worried that the lenses would not fit even though the style numbers matched. Worried for nothing. The lenses did fit the frames. I was thrilled. I will look at Cool Frames for future purchases. They do save you money.

I think the title says it all. I called several on-line companies that all said they could not find the replacement frame I needed. CoolFrames was the only company that dug into it and found the frame. I received it a couple weeks ago, and am very happy! I will now skip the other companies and go straight to CoolFrames.
