I ordered on April 25 and it is now May 17th and i still haven't received my order. Had i know it would take this long I would've never ordered to begin with .

I think you have a very good product and easy to buy. Unfortunately, my prescription is not quite right with the progressive lens. Not sure how often I will be able to wear the glasses. Good case for purchasing through my local provider.

I think it is awful that you guys charged to return an item. I bought two frames because I didn’t know which ones would fit my daughter and you charged me a restocking fee to return one of them.

Price and availiabilty was to my liking.no one else had the color i wanted but cool frames did even though they had to get them from overseas. It still came in a timely manner sooner than i expected.
