Love my Klimeck glasses.....great service and quick delivery

The colour of the frame was exactly as shown in the picture and the sizing was also perfect (matched the frame I had originally tried on in the optometry office). Arrived exactly 2 weeks after being ordered, which was pretty phenomenal considering they were shipped from the U.S. I didn't receive any tracking information after they had cleared customs, but the package arrived just shortly afterwards and all was good.

I'm really happy with my glasses. They look and fit great. Frames are classy. I measured my old glasses and found a similar frame and they fit perfect. I went with the Essilor Polycarbonate lenses with the Crizal Prevencia. Right away I notice the glare and blue light reduction. If you're contemplating getting an anti-glare coating I'd highly recommend doing it. I have difficulty with glare and bright lights at night so these are the right ones for me. Also, looking at the computer screen is much calmer for my eyes (less strain).

These guys/gals are great! The frames we ordered were not right so we sent them back along with my husband's old frames. They went above and beyond to get the right frames and we had them in hand all within 2 weeks. Excellent customer service!!! The employees that assisted us we very kind and helpful through the process. Sad to say we were shocked at how easy coolframes made the exchange. Customer service is sorely lacking in a lot of stores but not here! Another benefit was we were kept up to date on the status of the order from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Bad store I have ever deal with, do not buy from them cause if you change mind they will charge 20% restocking fee, so crazy
