Ordered frames only. Received in perfect condition, including the case (from the manufacturer). Very pleased with purchase.

Shipping took longer than max of 12 days described on website. Still have not received glasses after 2 weeks.

Great experience. My daughter broke the frame of her expensive glasses & I had a hard time finding a replacement. Cool Frames had the exact frame that I needed at the best price. Popped her prescription lenses in & it was an easy fix!

The RETURN/Exchange process is VERY lacking in communication and process. Many times I had to communicate via email, to have amendments made: such as charge being in USD and not in AUD. Their website is not at all clear with its instructions.
