I ordered the exact same frames to replace the ones I had that were broken using the size numbers on the temple piece (and, of course, the same brand). An employee at a local eye doctor's office showed me where the measurements were located and what they meant. It was an easy process to find the same exact frames at CoolFrames. I received them within a week of ordering. My only issue was (and this criticism is more directed at the manufacturer) that the same frames were just a micro fraction of an inch larger than the lenses this time. The lenses couldn't be firmly secured and kept on easily popping out. I was, though, able to compensate for that by using thin slivers of a linen tape around some of the edges of the lenses to "widen" them and they seem to be securely anchored now.

Fast service and glasses looks greatc

I placed my order on the 15th May and I still haven't received my order I'm a little disappointed in how long delivery has taken.

I looked everywhere for these frames and found them here, and for the best price. Exactly what I ordered and they even arrived ahead of schedule. My vision doesn’t change much and I ordered these so I could reuse my lenses- took a little extra grinding/sanding in the frame to fit but they are perfect! The free tool kit was a great idea. I used the Phillips side to hollow out the frame in the spots it needed.

This transaction has been a complete disaster. First they sent frames without prescription lenses. Apparently something happened when I uploaded my prescription, so instead of calling or emailing me to clarify what I wanted, they just sent the frames. I paid for expedited shipping which was a complete waste. I sent the frames back, at my own expense, and included a hard copy of my prescription. It’s been over a month and I STILL don’t have my glasses. They won’t respond to my emails and are impossible to reach by phone. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and ordered from a different company. Those glasses are on the way and were just ordered last week. I’ve ordered glasses online several times and have NEVER had the issues I’m having with cool frames. It’s completely absurd.

Love the frames,. The communication regarding the delayed delivery could use some improvement.

Frames were just what I wanted, described perfectly and a perfect fit. Shipped quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.
