Have paid $500 for two pairs of eyeglasses. Lost in mail, ,not received. Contacted Coolframes 5 times and no response. Noone is willing to help me. Worst online shopping experience EVER

Had placed an order with another company that said would not charge card until item shipped. That was not the case, then got an email it was delayed and AGAIN it said, would not charge until shipped. The charge went through immediately upon my order That caused me concern and I cancelled order and ordered from Cool Frames. They had a great selection and I received in a fair amount of time and was exactly what I ordered. Thank you Cool Frames.

Three months to receive my product. Paid more than expected. Very poor customer support. They simply don't care.

I have ordered 3 pairs over a two year period. They did a great job with my 2 year old pair and then I came back to buy 2 more recently. They have an amazing amount of frames available for the BEST price anywhere (and they will still match). I have been happy with everything, but once I noticed that the lenses seemed to smudge too much for the fact it had this coating I ordered. They didn't even question me over it - they just replaced the lens for a small processing fee! They offer the best lenses (crizal) for only a (very reasonable) extra fee, with the best coating. It will also repel smudges and dust. You can't even get them at Lens Crafters unless you have progressives... but these lenses are definitely superior (I tried both) and I am only ordering from here from now on. Their customer service always answers the phone right away and there are no weird games like other online retailers and their permanent stock issues or sales that are super cheap (but then they tack on fees at the end)... nope - not cool frames. They are the best in the glasses business. Oh also - one time they saw my order but were concerned I made a mistake because Ray Ban offers about 20 different wayfarers & two were very similar so they wanted to confirm I was ordering what I wanted. They were right - I DID make a mistake & thanks to their customer service - I didn't end up with the wrong frames (Who else would do this? This is amazing service).

Little time at the customs but other than that it was great delivery

I have ordered from other on-line eyewear companies in past but none come close to Cool Frames professionalism. Great customer service and quality products. I would recommend this company to anyone.
