Clear plastic frames arrived with corrected lenses separate. Blank lenses in the frames had to be forced out to the point of breaking them. Then, extremely difficult to install corrected ones. Won't use again.

Really frustrating experience, I received the wrong lenses. I had ordered grey and got red, there was no rush to correct their mistake at all. I was told I had to pay to return them, there is no official documentation. I do not feel confident that if I sent them back I would ever get them again. I requested to talk to a manager, received nothing and followed up a week later being told “the manager left an hour ago” ….still have heard nothing. I will never order from here again. I should have stuck with a Canadian company, I never had issues in the past.

They didn’t get one thing right with my order and terrible customer service. Waste of time.. and they charge a 20% restocking fee when you return a pair of glasses.

Very poor experience. Placed order and one month later order still had not arrived despite following up with Customer Services on a number of occasions only to be told on each occasion the the order "as of today". Can get no satisfaction at all unfortunately.

Found a fantastic pair of Prada glasses for an amazing price. Communication was good. I had emails regarding my order and it's status and when it was shipped. Delivery time was great. Ordered May 31 and delivered June 14. Excellent for an international order. I did try on the glasses and they do seem to be slightly off center. I'm sure it's nothing the optical can't fix when I get my lenses in.

NOT COOL, Cool frames! Wrong prescription? Didn’t even respond to any contact. Would love to give your customer service a constructive critique but as yet haven’t had any customer service.

I bought a pair in March, 2023. They arrived in about a month. I started wearing them, but couldn’t seem to get them clean. My husband noticed numbers on the lenses, sort of tiny transparent numbers. These were in my line of sight. I called to complain, they asked me to mark my pupils and cover the mark with clear tape. I bought the return label and sent them back with a note. I just got them back today (June 10th). They still have something in the lens, I think they tried to buff out the numbers, and I still see blurry spots. I’m annoyed and upset. Waste of money and time.

My glasses arrived within two weeks and were 100% perfect. I love them!
