Excellent product, quick shipping

Great selection and fast shipping. They had what I thought I wanted, but if you don't like the frames you purchase there is not a return option, only exchange.

Ordered February 20th, received March 13th. Was the only place I could find that carried Eyecroxx brand frames. Good communication at first then, I had to email to get any updates on why my order was so delayed. Received glasses and workmanship is good.

Love these frames from Kliik. Bought the teal color to replace my previous red Kliik frames with same lenses. The teal is gorgeous. I’ve had many compliments and love the look!

No friction, but the frames they advertised had to be ordered from the manufacturer, and after waiting two weeks, they still weren’t here. I called and canceled the order. Too long of a wait, requested refund.

The 20% restocking fee is the reason I will never shop your site again. Too many other great sites to shop and not worth the extra cost and hassle.

Cool Frames has a wonderful and wide variety in selection of frames. The frames I ordered were beautiful and well made. I also had a good experience with personnel through emails. Felt staff was quite helpful in answering questions and returning responses to me. Would highly recommend this company to others.
