Thank you for giving us a try, and for your feedback. Unfortunately, the frames you had selected were on back-order with the manufacturer and were not available. We had reached out to see if there was any other color you may have wanted, or if you wanted to wait for the back-order. We are very sorry to hear that you did not like the frames ultimately after you received them, but the restocking fee is assessed by the manufacturer for returned products. If you exchange the frames instead, you would receive the full value of the frame toward the exchange. If you have any additional questions please contact us directly: 1-888-293-4755

Thank you for giving us a try, and for your feedback! Please be advised, orders with prescription lenses can take about 7-10 business days to process prior to shipping. The lens manufacturing process can take up to 3-5 business days to make the lenses, and our opticians cut, and install them in your frames at our lab. They are then inspected to verify the prescription and check for any defects on the frames/lenses. Looks like this order was completed for you in just under 7 business days, and we hope that you will enjoy your new glasses! If you have any additional questions or concerns please contact us directly. 1-888-293-4755
