so happy to have found Coolframes! i broke an expensive pair of Rx glasses. lens were fine but the frames were toast. googled the manufacturer and frame number i found on the frame’s arm. found the frames (in several colors i didn’t realize were available) are available on Coolframes. ordered from them and received exactly what i wanted with zero issues. Coolframes kept me updated on the status of my order. i used the tracking number to give the ok for the frames to be left without my signature. watched a video on youtube to learn how to pop out the lens from old frames and how to pop them into the new frames. i had to fiddle a bit to get one lens popped in but overall easy peezy! i’m clumsy and impatient; so, if i can do it, anyone can. for $60 i had new glasses that would have cost me >$400 if i had to get new lens and frames from my optometrist.

Horrible customer service. My frames were delivered defective. The logo was smeared on one side. I immediately sent an email, and someone got back to me wanting a picture, which I immediately sent. I was told they only were a middleman, the frames would have to be sent back to the Vendor. Eventually, I was told to send them back. I emailed and asked about a label or if I had to pay the postage, absolutely no response at all. They sit here on my counter as I speak....can’t use. Absolutely almost $100.00 just thrown away. I won’t use this company ever again!!

Good selection and reasonable prices. I bought two frames but had to return one pair because they didn’t suit me. My complaint regards return policy. You have to pay for return postage and restocking fee.

Reasonable Prices on Frames (did not get prescription filled at Cool Frames) excellent speed in receiving the frame.

It was a long story with a case. In general, your staff did not paied attention to details.
