I love CoolFrames.com. I adopted a puppy in July and he has "found" five pairs of my glasses since then and used them as a toy, so I have been able to re-order as soon as it has happened. The orders have been 100% accurate, fair-priced and quick! Thank you for being there for me and I luv ya, but I hope that Kirby and I won't need your services for several months!

first sunglasses were listed as available when i bought them but they told me i had to wait few days because they were out of stock. second, they were badly scratched when they arrived. Like huge scratches. Zero quality check control before shipping. and when i told them they said " we can offer a 10 dollars discount" lol i spent 241 $ for a pair of scratched sunglasses. Last time i bought something from them.

We've used CoolFrames twice now. Both pairs of glasses were excellent. However, customer service is always hit or miss. They also lie about prices when you use your insurance. They claim they cannot use the published sale price but must use "retail" price. I called eyemed and they said this is an outrageous LIE. Eyemed doesn't have anything to do with the price of the glasses you buy, they simple payout your insurance. We ordered twice because we did save a few dollars over other websites. Other people have had issues with the product, we didn't but you'll want to pay attention to those reviews.

A little slow to ship to me but still received my purchase within the week as I am local. Amazing deals on designer eyewear. I will shop again!
