Not kidding. At Thanksgiving my nephew's dog chomped on my glasses after I set them on at table. The lens on the right eye was ruined. Cool frames provided a replacement lens at no charge as the glasses were still under warranty. Quick turnaround as well. My Michael Ryan Blue Tint glasses look awesome and their service was even better!

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses out of the UK. They took 8 weeks to arrive including an additional customs fee I had to pay Royal mail before they would deliver them (an additional 20%). Glasses are not fit for purpose as they got the prescription wrong and cannot be used. I am bound now to go to a local optician to see if they can put in the right lenses at additional cost. Very BAD experience and poor customer service.

The glasses arrived more than a month after the order... The glasses seem to be of very bad quality, and to top it all I had to pay 30$ for customs clearance...

I love my prescription Sun Glasses. Will order again glasses again. I made an error with Sun Glasses so I contacted Cool Frames and quickly she resolved the issue. She has excellent customer service and sent me new email showing everything was fix. In which I was greatly appreciated. Thank you Cool Frames

So I ordered a frame that was advertised. I received a call telling me it was out of stock but there was an identical substitute in a different color. I accepted the substitute. When it came it was the wrong size (not what I ordered). When I returned the order I was charged a restocking fee of $30 for their mistake. Even though I explained this I was still charged the fee. Cool Frames is not the company I will work with in the future.

Found new frames for my daughter that she had broken. Everything looks good, but haven't put lenses in yet. Pretty quick mailing time considering all the mail issues right now. Thanks!!
