Frames were ordered on Dec 29. They had not been shipped by Jan 17, so I phoned. They were mailed the same day. Not sure what was going on with the delay in shipment. New frames are great, a replacement for the same frame that broke. Which I originally got from a local vendor.

My glasses were supposed to have AR on them. They arrived without! Now I have to send them back to wait again!

Frames are great but the glasses don’t fit They are progressive and are not lined up correctly When just walking I’m looking through the reading part The stems of the glasses don’t even fit I have to wear them half way up the side of my head. Very upset

Quick processing of order and tracking. only problem was that I was not informed of signature required on delivery so it took a few more days to receive it

I ordered the glasses on Dec 27, it is now Jan 26 and I still don’t have the glasses. I presume this is partly due to ordering over the festive season but it still seems to have taken an excessive amount of time

My experience at Coolframes went fairly well. I was a little worried about the negative reviews I saw, but still went ahead to give them a try for myself. The rep I called ahead of time to see if the frames were in stock was awesome. She was nice and knowledgeable, she also let me know how the process would be for my prescription lenses. My glasses took about 1.5 weeks to arrive. They came packaged well, but my lenses did have some film around the rim. The film came off easy with some rubbing. The prescription is great and the frames look good. I would do business again in the future.

Was told 2 weeks for completion and delivery. 4 weeks and still not here. And don't know when I'll get them.
