Overall communication with shipping was great. It took a little bit of time but arrived. My only complaint is that my pair of frames look used, possibly a display pair at the store. I wasn’t to found by it, especially the price I paid for my Prada glasses.

Best eyewear company to use! I bought one pair of glasses and was so impressed at the quality and quick delivery that I bought a second pair. I had an issue with my grandson bending my frames, so I sent it back and the fixed it perfectly, and under their excellent warranty guarantee. Highly recommended for anyone needing glasses!!

The glasses I ordered from CoolFrames are exactly what I wanted. They fit perfectly and the prescription is accurate. The order took about three weeks to arrive, but with the email updates I feel that the tracking kept me informed. Thank you for an affordable price, great service and a great product!

Although it is completely my fault for misreading, a fee of 35$ for a return is abusive especially if the return is done in the delay that was prescribed (less than 10 days).

Love my new glasses. Ordered over the holidays so took until after the new year to receive.

Ordered my frames, five weeks later received a package with frames for someone else. Where my frames got to is a mystery. Re-ordered, but on back order, no idea as to when I will get them. Not sure I would try this again.

Fast shipment, product was in perfect condition just as advertised. The case labels everything perfect condition and good price. I want to buy some Ray-Ban next time. Thank you!
